OUR MISSION The highly trained health care team at Dubuque Internal Medicine aims to provide you with the best medical care available. We know how important good health is, and we desire to treat your illnesses as well as prevent them.

OUR ROOTS
Dubuque Internal Medicine was founded in 1955 by Dr. Eugene Coffman. By 1960, Dr. John Chapman and Dr. James Gilloon joined the practice. Now, more than five decades and three buildings later, the group has grown to over 25 physicians and over 180 employees. Dubuque Internal Medicine is the largest internal medicine group practice in Iowa and also operates its own dialysis unit.
